Campomon provides a platform for users to buy and sell items amongst themselves. All marketplace transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller. Campomon is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for refunds, returns, or disputes. We encourage users to communicate clearly and agree on terms before completing a purchase.
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis only in the event of a verified technical error on our platform resulting in a duplicate charge or a demonstrable failure of our service to be delivered as described.
